Logrono, May 11 .- The National Court judge Baltasar Garzon "is ready" and has a "great experience" to be "outside consultant" from the Justice International Criminal Tribunal (ICT), said today the Logrono national spokesperson of Judges for Democracy, Ignacio Espinosa.
